That is right, just because the sun has stopped shining, doesn’t mean that the fun stops at Xpeerience Group.  Pull your employees out of the office or an afternoon in order to make them more productive, improve corporate culture, and avoid the onset of the miserable “winter blues”.

Just before the holiday rush, on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, Kingsdale Shareholder Service Inc. came to Xpeerience Group for an exciting afternoon of team building.  Everyone enjoyed the warmth of our 50,000 square foot event facility located at 176 Polson Pier, in downtown Toronto.  All 35 participants arrived early with smiles on their faces.  Regardless of why the smiles were there, if it was for the activities themselves, or just to be out of the office, they were all happy to be there and were a great group. 

Kingsdale participants were full of energy and eager to engage in their scheduled Ultimate Xpeerience.  Their chosen games included Human Foosball, mine field, lily pads, and dodge ball.  They were a competitive group, with pre-arranged teams and every team member came ready to win the first place prize. Unfortunately, only one team could be given 1st place, and Team Hostile, walked away with that title.  Nevertheless, Xpeerience group still gave an honourable mention to team Dissident for their team spirit, support and creativity when facing each activity.  

After a couple hours of activities, all participants definitely worked up an appetite for their bbq, which they ate in the Muskoka Room, with a picturesque view of the city.  With the sun setting at 4:49pm, participants were able to view the sunset at the most beautiful location in the city.  

Facilitators Alex, and Laura had so much fun with the Kingsdale employees and provided them with a memorable xpeerience, which they will unquestionably be talking about for years to come.

It is important to keep in mind, that when organizing a team building event in the late Fall and Winter, your company will have a greater choice of date and time, since you aren’t fighting other companies for those premium summer afternoon days in the sun.
