Many companies have various locations across the city, country or even the world.  Bringing employees together from different offices, improves communication and overall corporate culture.  With increased technology, communication between offices tends to be very impersonal, with no understanding of who is on the other side.  Bring your company together for a conference, seminar, and afternoon of fun in Toronto with Xpeerience Group.

Weidmuller Canada did just this on Thursday, December 9th, 2010.  Weidmuller brought together 30 high energy sales representatives from across Canada, to partake in our Ultimate Xpeerience.  Even though participants did not work together on a regular basis, they worked together as one cohesive group and had great team dynamics.  The group of all men was very enthusiastic about all of their activities, but dodge ball and the relay race seemed to be their favourites.

This group of sales representatives were naturally competitive but were very polite, gracious, great team sports, strong communicators, and had fun cheering on their teams throughout each activity.  Facilitators Laura and Sara had a great time with this group, and awarded team 3 to be the overall winners of their afternoon of activities.

Xpeerience Group received glowing reviews from Weidmuller and stated that their afternoon with us was one of their best events to date and was a large talking point during their sales meeting.  We hope that all participants have recovered from their sore muscles and will continue their great team dynamics back in the office.  All the best Weidmuller!
