Timber Creek

We were joined on Thursday, July 14th 2011 by a very appropriately dressed group from Timbercreek Asset Management. Wearing brightly coloured jerseys with logos representing each team, they started their day off with a battle of spirit where each team created and presented a cheer. The Desk Dodgers, Timberwolves, Avengers, Unstable Ball Breakers and Greenhorns showed off their competitive nature in some very impressible cheers – one particular ended off with an impressive flip! Afterwards the enthusiastic crowd embarked on an Ultimate Xpeerience with challenges that included Steal the Bandana, Inflatable Obstacle Course, Human Foosball and Archery. At each activity the employees of Timbercreek Asset Management continued to work together in an effort to become victorious in the entire day’s event.

This amazing group both began and ended their day on a high note and their excitement and playful spirit positively affected everyone involved. The facilitators had a wonderful time working with them and became very attached to their respective teams by the end of the event. We wish them the best and Xpeerience Group looks forward to working with Timbercreek Asset Management again soon!

LinkedIn

LinkedIn was added to our network of clients this past Tuesday, July 12th, 2011, as over 30 employees joined us for an Ultimate Xpeerience. Decked out in matching t-shirts, six teams brought their game faces for what turned into an exciting and lively competition.

The day started off with original team cheers, where we saw everything from traditional cheerleading, to fighter chants, to Barney style sing-songs. Each team showed off their specialties and experience throughout the day, participating in activities like the Obstacle Course, Dodge Ball, Rock Climbing, and Volleyball. In the end, it was a tie for the win, with teams Tiger Blood and Money taking the top spots.

If asked for a recommendation, we would definitely provide LinkedIn with a great one – commending their hard work, positive attitudes, and team spirit! We hope you feel better connected with each other after spending the day with us, and that you will request to reconnect with us soon!

PWC

The fun and enthusiastic team at PWC joined us this Thursday, July 7th, 2011 for our Ultimate Xpeerience programme. The competition was fierce right off the start, bringing out teamwork and an energetic spirit in all.

Four teams competed throughout the afternoon, with each team dominating in their own area of expertise. The Terrors, (roarrr!) composed entirely of first-timers, climbed their way to a win on the Rock Wall, with support and encouragement from their teammates. The Marauders kicked butt on the Volley-Ball court, while the Slayers owned the Human Foosball field. Both teams worked hard, with strong leadership from their more experienced players. Finally, it was the Stingers for the win in the Mine Field, with an effective strategy and a willingness to lend a hand (literally) when needed.

By the end of the event, the final score indicated the best team as… PWC! Whether working together to form solutions in activities like the Group Juggle, or cheering on their colleagues in competitions like the Relay Race, the team at PWC demonstrated that they are exactly that – a team.

Keep up the great group dynamics and awesome attitudes back in the workplace! We hope you enjoyed your event with us, and we look forward to working with PWC again soon!
